Room Reservations at Granlibakken

As of May 1, 2013 Granlibakken has no more rooms available for the Conference. CIAP participants will have to book an alternative hotel and pay a $120/day off-site fee (including tax and service charge).  

Alternative hotels to which Granlibakken provides shuttle service are also booked for the week end of the Conference. Click HERE for more information on booking alternative hotels in the Lake Tahoe area.

If you can't get on Granlibakken's website, call (800) 543-3221 for reservations.

To book shuttle service from Reno Airport to Granlibakken call the Reservation Desk at (530)583-4242.

Conference Registration

Registration for the conference can be made through Granlibakken's website after you have booked a hotel.

The Conference Registration fee will be applied to your credit card account by Granlibakken on July 1, 2013. 

The registration fee is:

• $200 until July 1, 2013
• $250 on or after July 1, 2013
• $300 on or after July 14, 2013
• ARO members will receive a 35% discount on the registration fee.  (Granlibakken will be notified of ARO members so the discounted fee can be applied appropriately.)
