CIAP23 EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ENDS MAY 31, 2023 Registration BEFORE JUNE 1, 2023 $150* Registration AFTER MAY 31, 2023 $250* *rates apply to in person and virtual participants - A conference registration fee will be included in your registration. - The registration fee will not be discounted for partial attendance. - On-site accommodations offer a range of lodging accommodation packages. • Book early – once the Granlibakken rooms are filled, you will be directed to overflow rooms at nearby hotels. • Shuttle buses will take attendees back and forth to specific overflow hotels. - A fixed meal cost is required by the facility for: (1) attendees who lodge in accommodations outside Granlibakken; (2) family members of participants who are lodging both on and off-site, and attend meals. - Granlibakken offers superb cuisine and a variety of menu choices to satisfy a full range of dietary needs. • Meals for 5 days are provided. • Be sure to specify your dietary needs on the registration form. - Transportation is available from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport • Some restrictions apply - Full payments are due by July 9, 2023. NOTE: The organizers are committed to representation and participation of all groups – by including people of different ages, races and ethnicities, abilities and disabilities, genders, religions, cultures, and sexual orientations at our Conference on Implantable Auditory Prostheses (CIAP). Our goal is to be sensitive to, and inclusive of, differences when collecting data about the identities of participants; regrettably, we were unable to revise the current Granlibakken registration form to use gender-neutral language. We will include preferred pronouns on the conference name badge and Granlibakken has committed to having this form fixed by our next meeting. Thank you for your understanding. STEPS TO REGISTER: 1. Go to https://granlibakken.com/ 2. Click on “MEETINGS” 3. Go to the very bottom of the page: Click on “GROUP GUEST LOGIN” 4. Enter the group code in the group registration form: “CIAP2023” 5. Complete the form 6. Granlibakken will send an email confirmation within 24-48 hrs. HOW TO SIGN UP FOR VIRTUAL: 1. Registration for virtual attendance is same fee. 2. To Register, under Conference Accommodation, select “Virtual Participant”. 3. Sessions will be broadcast over Zoom and recorded. 4. Closed captioning AND Live Caption services will be available. 5. Recordings be available within 24 - 48 hours* and up to one-month after the meeting. 6. Note that the company and student mentoring sessions will not be recorded; 7. You will not be able to cast a vote for the new chair if you are online at the time of voting. * Please note, individual speakers have the option to opt-out of having their talk recorded!
